Training diary
Workout tracker and gym log
LevelTrace combines a structured workout diary with a workout generator. Use the generator to prepare a plan, then use the diary to record the work you actually complete.
Record a workout
- Open Training and create a workout with its date, time and optional note.
- Add one or more exercises from the exercise catalog.
- For every exercise, enter the weight, number of reps and number of sets. LevelTrace calculates training load, intensity and energy expenditure automatically.
- Save the workout. The gym log keeps the complete session available for later review.
Personal records
When a completed set may represent a new best result, LevelTrace can ask you to confirm a personal record. Personal records provide a reference for load and intensity calculations and can be reviewed separately from the full workout log.
Training reports
Reports combine entered exercises, weight, sets and reps with calculated training load, intensity, energy expenditure and confirmed records across a selected date range. Use the same exercise names and consistent entry rules so that comparisons remain meaningful.
From plan to completed workout
The workout generator creates a draft plan from your selected settings, exercises and personal records. After you confirm it, the planned sessions appear in the workout diary. Open a session when you train and record the work you actually complete.
