Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data LevelTrace processes, why it is processed, and what controls are available to users.

Data We Process

Depending on how you use the app, we may process account data, email, profile settings, body metrics, training entries, personal records, pharmacology courses and uses, reports generated from your data, payment orders, support messages, session information, and security records needed to operate the service.

Why We Process Data

Data is processed to provide the app's core functions, save user records, calculate reports and graphs, manage access and payments, prevent abuse, provide support, maintain service reliability, and protect user accounts.

Payment Data

For payments, the app stores the information needed to show the order, check its status, and activate access after confirmation. This may include the selected plan, amount, payment method, payment address or reference, status, and payment confirmation details. We do not ask for or store private keys or other wallet secrets.

Email and Account Recovery

Email may be used for account access, login recovery, password reset, account verification, and important service messages. Access to account contact data is limited to authorized roles that need it for support, security, or administration.

Support Messages

Support messages may include the text you submit and account context needed to answer your request. Do not include wallet secrets, private keys, passwords, or other secrets in support messages.

Demo Data

Demo users are temporary and isolated. Demo rows and sessions may be deleted automatically after expiry.

Security and Operations

We may keep technical service records where needed to protect the service, investigate problems, and recover from failures.

Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers required to run the service. If you choose an external payment service, that provider processes its own data under its own policy.

Retention and Deletion

Deleting an account removes its related data from the working database. Backup copies expire within 30 days and are not erased immediately. Audit records are kept for up to 60 days. A hash of the deleted account’s random ID is kept for 35 days to repeat erasure after recovery. Transaction references without an account link may be retained longer to prevent payment reuse.

Your Choices

You can edit many profile and app preferences, delete your account together with all related data if you choose to, avoid placing sensitive secrets in support messages, and choose which available payment method to use.
