Anthropometry
Body measurement tracker
The LevelTrace body measurement tracker keeps height, weight, waist, three skinfold measurements and calculated indicators in one timeline so you can review changes instead of isolated numbers.
Create a useful baseline
Complete the relevant profile fields first, including sex, birth year and preferred measurement units. Then create an anthropometry entry with its date, time, height, weight, waist and three required skinfold measurements.
Record body measurements consistently
- Measure under similar conditions and at a similar time of day.
- Use the same tape placement and measurement units each time.
- Measure every required field rather than estimating a missing value.
- Use the built-in skinfold help diagram when recording skinfold sites.
The goal of a body measurements log is repeatability. A consistent method makes trends easier to interpret even when an individual measurement contains some error.
Weight tracker and body-composition reports
LevelTrace can place weight, waist, skinfolds and calculated body-composition indicators into reports for a selected period. These reports help compare direction and timing; they are not a diagnosis or a substitute for clinical body-composition assessment.
Connect measurements with training
Use the same date range in body and training reports to compare changes in body measurements with workout frequency, calculated load, intensity, energy expenditure and personal records. Correlation in a report does not prove that one change caused another.
