LevelTrace combines a workout generator, workout tracker, body measurement tracker, personal record log and private pharmacology timeline. This guide explains what you enter, what the application calculates and how the resulting plans, reports and concentration forecasts connect.

Important: LevelTrace turns your records into calculated analytics and concentration forecasts. These tools support informed tracking, while diagnosis and treatment decisions still require appropriate clinical evaluation.

Quick start

  1. Set your preferred language, measurement units, date format and first day of the week in Profile.
  2. Add a baseline anthropometry entry with height, weight, waist and all three required skinfold measurements.
  3. Create a workout plan in the generator or log workouts manually. Save personal records when prompted.
  4. If you use the pharmacology log, record only what was actually planned or used. Keep dates, times, products and amounts accurate.
  5. Build reports for a selected period and use concentration forecasts to review expected dynamics, timing and overlap while remembering that individual laboratory values may differ.
Demo accounts: the male and female demos contain separate sample data and expire automatically. They are useful for learning the interface without entering personal information.
