How to interpret concentration forecasts

LevelTrace calculates a concentration forecast from your records and pharmacokinetic reference parameters. It is designed to show expected dynamics, including accumulation, peaks and decline. With accurate inputs and suitable references, the curve can be close to real dynamics, while individual results can still vary.

Forecast and laboratory measurement

The graph forecasts concentration dynamics; a laboratory test measures a real sample at a particular moment. Comparing the two can be informative, but absorption, metabolism, administration technique and formulation differences may shift an individual value.

Reference values shape the forecast

Half-life, composition and related parameters come from reference data. Values can differ by formulation, study design, administration route and source. Choosing data that matches the actual product and route makes the forecast more representative.
